Evening all,

I am a newbie to sugar so please excuse me if I am reposting a old problem. I am enjoying it very much so far, but have come across a small problem. I am running the newest version 4.5.0f and am having a difficulty with an email template that I have set up to populate data from the contact information. The field that I am using is $contact_account_name, the field that I have filled in the contact information is Account Name: unfortunately whenever I send an email the email returns with $contact_account_name and not the corresponding data for that contact. Other fields work such as $contact_full_name.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated, I hope that I am just doing something wrong.
