Email Template Images

In an Email Template I can add an image and after clicking the paperclip it displays.

If I view the template after the image does not show. The code is still correct and if the email is sent the recipient can view the image as expected.

Searching on the forums I think it may be related to the htaccess file and it blocking the cache/upload directories.

Anyone else come across this? Why would the htaccess be affecting how Sugar views images?

Just to follow this up, to resolve this I commented out the following line in htaccess

RedirectMatch 403 /+cache/+upload

I am not sure what the implications are to doing this and how bug of a security risk but at least it works now.
