Email Template Issue

Ok this is odd...

I create the email marketing object and select Create for the email template. It looks like it does the work and I see the template in the email template listview, but the drop down to select the email template does not show the template I just created.

Thoughts?

I seem to be having the same problem. If I go to the "Emails" tab and select "create email template" and actually create the email template and save it. Then If I go to the "Campaigns" tab and select a compaign and then go down and hit the create button under "Email Marketing", I go to the "Email Marketing" screen and here if I hit the "Email Template" drop down, the Template that I created is not on the list.

But, if Instead of hitting the dropdown, I hit the create button and create a template and save it, it is in the drop down list, but... If after this, I go to the Emails tab and select Email Templates then the new Email Template shows up. But... if I alter and save it, it disappears from the drop down when I go back.

This is SugarCRM 5.2.0k Build 5837

I tried various repairs and it hasn't seemed to help.

The same problem- drop down list missing the email template i create it shows only "System-generated password email" and "Forgot Password email'.

Have same identical issue. Anyone found a fix for this yet? Seems like a pretty large bug, this is the second forum I found on it, but no fix or work around found.
