I'm having an issue with editing and saving existing e-mail templates. When any editing is done to an existing e-mail template - either in WYSIWYG or in the HTML code, the edits are not saving, and the email template remains as it was before.
I'm wondering if this is some kind of caching issue on the server or through PHP?
Sugar Version 5.1.0b (new clean install)
Sugar Edition: Community
Web Server Windows Server 2003, IIS
Steps to reproduce:
1. Email Templates Home - open existing email templte
2. Click the edit button
3. Make changes/edits, either:
- through WYSIWYG editor, or
- through HTML code window (click Update)
4. Click "Save" to save the edits to the email template
5. Back to the screen that displays the email template - no edits have been saved.
6. Click "Edit" again to view WYSIWYG and HTML code - no edits have been saved
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
