Default Email template variables help - details of user logged in

    Hi,

I created an email template, and tested sending to/from a couple of users. I wanted to make the signature configurable, so that several sales reps can use the same template, but that didn't work as expected.

In the email introduction, I added Contact -> First name to get the $contact_first_name variable, which is ok, and that was correct.

In the email signature, I added Users -> Full name to get the $contact_user_full_name variable, which I expected to be the sales reps name. But when my colleague sent a mail to a test account with my details, it was signed with my name. A workaround is of course to make one template for each sales rep., but that will just cause trouble or more work in the long run.

Any tips would be much appreciated!

Same issue here, did you ever get this fixed?
