Default Email Templates do not work from Cases

    Hello,

If we go to an already created Case under its detailed view and we select "Compose Mail" under Activities, we are forwarded to the E-mail EditView and the appropriate Subject is created for us. An e-mail is already inserted (the Accounts e-mail)

I chose a Template that I have already created. Upon sending the e-mail, the template's variables are not replaced by ANY VALUE.

    What is going on?

I am using SugarCRM 4.5.1e OS
