Email templates not inserting Variables

Sugar Version: 4.5.1b

When ceating a new email template all seesm to be ok except that I can't insert a variable. The list appears ok but when I click on the [insert] button, nothing happens. This is the same trying in the Subject, HTML or Plain Text.
The browser error shows:

We have got the same problem.

Everything works fine except the insert variable button...

actually i need your help..as u r using email camapign....i have one problme, in sugarcrm when i create new email template....n try to upload image....FCKEditor get open..but image could not get uploaded...will u plz help me out how to create template with images.....thatns ...send reply to here only....himanshu22.singh@gmail.com
