I've created and started to use the email template functionality in Sugar (v 5.1.0 Professional).

The sent messages sometime are received perfectly, other times the First Name insert does not work, but the body of the email is fine, other times all that is received is "Hi ," and nothing more!

This is VERY disturbing behavior. I tested the email templates by sending them to a Lead of myself to insure they looked OK...which they did....now we have this inconsistency.

Any ideas??? Is this a known bug?

HELP as this has huge impact on how we need to use Sugar.
