email templates & style
Hi
It's been a few days now that i've been uprooting tufts of hair off of my scalp as a consequence of my attempts to integrate my client's current html newsletter as a Sugarcrm email template.
The html file that my client sent me, is composed of a style section, full of the usual css descriptive code, and the body itself is structured through the use of various floated divs.
I replaced the floated divs using a table, no worries there.
I can't seem to get some <li> pics to display inline, whatever I do.
Adapting the fontsize also seems to be a bit of a challenge.
At first I assumed that the style section was being ignored, but infact it is interpreted, though apparently not in it's entirety.
The strange thing is that if I view and copy the source of the received email in Outlook 2007, and open it as an html file it displays properly in Firefox.
Is this a TinyMCE issue, or rather limitation ?
This is going to be a deal breaker if I can't achieve this, and what a pity, since the client was convinced by Sugar on every other aspect.
Any ideas ?
Yann
