I use autohotkeys to enter very repetitive text in emails I'm sending to accounts. How the autohotkey script I run works is it copy's a chunk of text with carrier returns to the clipboard after typing a short command. The script deletes the command and then pastes the text into the email body or textbox, or where ever else you want it. The problem is that Sugar CRM is not keeping the carrier returns in the text while using firefox 6.0 or 7.0 that was just released. I have tested this with Sugar in IE and Chrome and both work correctly it is just firefox that reproduces the problem. I have contacted Mozilla about this as well, but want to see if there is anything I can do on the sugar side to fix this. Below is an example of the problem and how it should appear.
Here is the original text as it should appear minus the body that doesn't have carrier returns:
"1.9.5.1 is out now and adds these major features plus numerous bug fixes.
Feature updates:
PLAR Ring down.......
How it will work.....
Line Appearance
This feature is a sw......."
Here is how Sugar formats it when running in Firefox:
"1.9.5.1 is out now and adds these major features plus numerous bug fixes.
Feature updates:PLAR Ring down support which will add support for analog door phones through the ATA and FXO door phones through our gateway. How it will work......Line AppearanceThis feature is a switch from Call Appearance......."
As you can see Sugar is removing the carrier returns and putting the next line right up against the last line.
Here are the system details and email settings being used currently and tried are in ()
Sugar Version 6.2.1 (Build 6405)

Character set: ISO-8859-1 (ISO-8859-15, UTF-8)
