Email Transaction Error

I set up email using IMAP for a user and the folders loaded just fine. But when the user goes to compose and email or sometimes by just landing on the email page, he gets a message that says "Transaction Aborted" and is unable to do anything on the email page.

I have not been able to re-create this error on my own computer using his login and no other user seems to have this issue. Most users are on PCs.

Have you tried using a different browser?

What happens if you logon to the machine as a different user then logon to Sugar with the problematic user's credentials?

I didn't realize that the user was using an old version of Firefox (Ver. 1.5). Once I upgraded the browser, he was able to access email.
