Email updates in leads

Hi,

We are new to sugar crm and recently started using it. We would like to have email update every time there is an update to a lead or an account. Will help managers keep a trck of what is going on in their team. Something similar to bugzilla - when any bug is updated the cc-list is sent an email.

I did find the assignment notification email which is working fine. Anything for general updates?

No ... there's no native functionality ... you could look at process manager in sugarforge but you may have to either customise it as it only currently works on record creation or buy the paid for version which is more flexible
