win2003, xampp1.73
all clean installed from 6.40RC2 package.

I use gmail to be smtp and allow all user to use default account.

Error1:
When i creating a new user i got a message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function parse_email_template() on a non-object in E:\xampp\htdocs\vtcrm\modules\Users\GeneratePasswo rd.php on line 180
Error2:
After the error above, there still created an user, when i click on "reset passoword", i got another error message in a popup window as blow:

I tried two version,6.23 and 6.31, totally same configrations and without such problem.
