I'm just beginning to use SugarCRM. The first thing I've found is that the documentation provided is limited. What I wish to do is create a group called 'Tasks'. I would like to add users to this group. The final result would be that when I create a new task and assign it the group 'Tasks', every user in that group would receive an email about the new task. Does that make sense? How do I do that? Can I do that with our current version?
