EmailManvardefs.php keeps changing permissions
I keep having EmailManvardefs.php change permissions from 775 to user root with 600 which kills my email.
Any ideas on why that file would change user and permissions? It might be happening with other files but I just change the whole cache directory back to make sure I don't miss anything.
Thoughts?
