My campaigns are not showing the umber of bounces. I can see bounces in my email, the bounce job is running and says it is active. Here is what the admin panel for the scheduler shows.

Run Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails On the hour; From 02:00am to 06:00am 01/01/2005 08:00am - 12/31/2020 03:59pm Active

That scheduler panel in the admin section say it has never run successfully.

Here are the results for crontab -l -u apache

* * * * * cd /usr/local/apache/htdocs/sugarcrm; /usr/bin/php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&

The email account is configured properly and I don't see any errors in the log file. But it never updates the statistics in the campaign.

Any idea?
