Hello there,
I've finally succeed in setting the automation of case creation when receiving mails, but I've now two questions:
1) I saw on documentation this screenshot:
But I haven't the Rules tab (SugarCRM CE 5.2), did I forgot something in the configuration ?
2) Is there a way to create something else than case (like case or leads) when creating group folder ?
