Emails : create rules and more

Hello there,

I've finally succeed in setting the automation of case creation when receiving mails, but I've now two questions:

1) I saw on documentation this screenshot:

But I haven't the Rules tab (SugarCRM CE 5.2), did I forgot something in the configuration ?

2) Is there a way to create something else than case (like case or leads) when creating group folder ?

I think you can ignore rules ... it's a pro/ent tab and not available in CE

And for creating Leads ... the simplest way to do this is through a webform ... you cannot do it from an email without the intervention of a third party application like an outlook/thunderbird plugin that enables you to create a sugarcrm lead from an email
