Hello,

I've looked through the forum and I've not found a solution to this problem. I'm a newbie to SugarCRM so I hope this question is not a stupid one

I have a user that logs into their account and every few days their emails seem to disappear.
I'm not sure why this is happening or where the emails are going. Does anyone have a clue about this?
