Hey all,
I'm using Sugar 4.0.1 Pro. Our Group Inbox is used to create cases. After you create a case from an email you respond to the user with the CASE# in the subject line. Any further correspondance with that CASE# in the subject is tied to the case (parent_type, and parent_id are updated in teh emails table).
Now, w/o any new customizations put in this is NOT working anymore. The parent_type and parent_id is not being updated to associate an email with a case. Has anyone had this happen before? Can someone point me to the php file that updates the email table and associates an incoming email (to the group inbox) to a case?
