Hello, I have a few questions concerning SugarCRM:
1. When I create a template, how do I keep the attachments attached? I tried checking the "rem" box, but the attachments seem to disappear after a few emails are sent out.
2. How do you insert a varible under the email template?
3. How can you sort email into files? Like with Outlook, you can create a file and store emails.
4. How can you mark the unread emails as bold to distinguish them as unread?
5. How can you store attachments into account history?
6. Instead of typing out everyone's full address to BCC them, is there an easier less time consuming way?
