I am a mere user and I am not familiar with computer software.
I started few days ago to send successfully email campaigns so that I start to proceed with a new emails campaigns.
I do not understand what is wrong (maybe with me ;-)) : the emails are not sent but queued. I pressed "send the queued emails" and the emails are still in the queue.

It is written for all the emails of the queue "attemps to send : 1"
"in process : checked";


I am totally lost...
Could you help me ?
