Can anyone tell me what causes emails you have allready read and deleted to be resent to your inbox randomly throughout the day..

Here are some other issues I need help with and Im hoping it is just something Im doing wrong to make these issues happen

1. I cant get the formatting tools to work when replying to or creating an email. the drop down boxes drop down like they should but no matter what you select it doesnt change the text..The size option drop down works.

2. Sugarcrm closes or freezes whern trying to delete more than 1 email at a time

3. The search box will only work sometimes.

4. The first sentence of all emails are unreadable...if you highlight what looks like the ends of letters you can then read it

5. I cant click any links in the email or the entire thing freezes and all I can do is alt, ctrl and delete then close it that way and reload it.

My list of items I need help with is 21 items total but to lessen confusion I'll start wth this 5..

any help would be really appreciated
