    Default Emails sent by Sugar considered as SPAM

    Usualy when sending emails through Sugar CRM, I get messages returned reporting:

    Remote host said: 550 <name@provider.gr>: Recipient address rejected: Mail appeared to be SPAM or forged. Ask your Mail/DNS-Administrator to correct HELO and DNS MX settings or to get removed from DNSBLs; MTA helo: 87-123-66-195.spark.net.gr, MTA hostname: dsl-83-171-240-252.customers.vivodi.gr[83.171.240.252] (helo/hostname mismatch)

    What is this "HELO and DNS MX" settings; Is it possible to make such changes;

    SugarCRM is Open Source Version 4.5.0f (Build 1202) running on a Ubuntu Linux server.

    Regards, Panagiotis

    This really has nothing to do with Sugar. It appears that your DNS entries do not have a reverse entry back to the email server. Who is hosting your site????

    Site is hosted in house on a server connected through a high speed adsl line. Thank you for your information, I will investigate it that direction, it was very helpful to me.
