    Default embedded images in newsletters

I have been trying to get images embedded on a newsletter in an email template. I have gotten the HTML code for the newsletter and put it in the SugarCRM HTML editor. I get all of the text from the newsletter but none of the graphics or images. Any thoughts on how to fix this or a 3rd party software for newsletters that works well with sugar?

    Hi,

There is an Attachments below the Email Template editor,

Add image and click on Paperclip Icon, then the image will be embedded to html editor.
    Thumbs up.

I have found this works only with .png files for some reason. you can easily convert most image types to .png using paint. to get it to work attach the file, then put your cursor where you want the image, and then double click the paperclip icon.

    good luck

Thank David. That did get them into the template, but the images are not laid out correctly. Also when I email the images to outlook or yahoo they only come through as broken images. These are just regular jpeg files.
