embedding images into email

Hi there.

I am trying embed image into email. I have attached image file but the paperclip link(which should in theory embed image) next to filename is not clickable.
Am I the only one experiencing this problem and what could be the possible solution?

Which version do you use?

the latest one. 5.5 CE.
I've discovered that I can embed images into templates by clicking on paperclip. But paperclip is not clickable when attaching images to email.
