I have checked through the forums here and can not seem to find an answer that deals with my problem specifically.
My company is using:
Sugar Community Edition
Version 5.0.0d (Build 3235)
I am the person that is basically in charge of the CRM, so most of the problems fall on me to fix.
Now I am not a programmer but I do have access to one so if the answers call for it, so be it.
Here is the problem.
All the employees that I have entered into the system (about 30) I have added all the pertinent info on them including e-mail addresses.
Now here is the thing that I can not explain. No one has access to administration, and I have set the roles accordingly to where people can not delete anything with out me knowing and or doing.
I have this problem that I can not track down and I do not know why it happens....
Occasionally and it is more often than not, a few e-mail adddresses from these employees just dissappear.
literally I could be scheduling a meeting for a few employees and when it comes time to send the invites not all of them get it. When I check the employees list or the user accounts or even the role managment I find the e-mails (all random btw) for some of them are missing.
I did not delete them and like I said no one else really has permission to delete anything really.
I am totally stumped to why this is happening, and it is a big problem because all the users need the e-mail notifications for meetings and assignments...
I have not even come across a possibility to why this is happening...
hopefully someone out there can help.
