Brief description of issue:

Conversion of Employee to User fails to create Default Team (personal team based off username as done by default in Sugar)

Steps to recreate:

1. As Admin, create new Employee
2. Input info for first name, last name, and leave employee status as default Active, save new Employee
3. In Employee list view, select the newly-created Employee, click on "Create User"
4. In Default Settings box, the Default Team drop-down is empty
5. Save User, go to Admin > User Management, select the User and click "Edit"
6. Default Team drop-down is still empty and thus no way of assigning the default team to the User

Note: Creating a user through Users > Create User works as it should -- automatically creates the default team (personal team) from the User's username

Note 2: As described in Sugar_Professional_User_Admin_Guide_v4.2-GA, going to Admin > Repair > Repair Teams -- successfully rebuilds and creates the default personal team for the User, but this is a round-about way to fix it.
p.94 - "Upgrade Teams: Scans all users to ensure that they each have a personal team, and that they
are members of the global team, automatically fixing any discrepancies after an upgrade. It may
also be useful to restore all users’ personal teams if they become corrupted or are removed for
any reason."
