empty, clean up, delete group inbox.

I sure could use some help. Our group inbox is so overwhelmed that we are going to dump it. We have 32000+ message in it. I deleted the group inbox and the checker, but all the emails are still there. I can not figure out how do delete or dump all the email in it. Can someone suggest a way? Could someone suggest a step by step way to remove the data in the emails.myd table?

You can use PHP My Admin to empty the email tables in the sugarcrm database.
