Empty Datatype-List / Custom Field

Hey Everyone,

at first the situation: I have installed SugarCRM 5.2.0f (Community Edition) with XAMPP for Windows. Everything run's fine, but theres one bug.. or whatever.

I try to build a module, but i only can add a field wich type is "varchar". The dropdown list of datatypes ist totaly empty.. so what should i do?
I looked also in to the Studio.. same problem there.. no datatypes.

Update: Okay, it's something with the translation, with the English language pack everything is okay.

It probably is due a wrong write access.
Is your sugar installed on Linux or Windows?
Provide us more informations regarding your stack: web service, OS, sugar and php version.

It's installed on Windows XP with current XAMPP version (Apache 2.2, MySQL 5.1.33, PHP Version:5.2.9).
I administrate sugarcrm now in English there's okay. The problem is probably only with the German language pack.
