    Default Enabiling Webservices

Using Community Version 5.1.0a (Build 4837)

I'm beta testing an iphone app for the developer and they are reporting to me that 2 of our webservices are not enabled. Here is a quote from them.

It seems like some of the webservices have been disabled by your administrator . We are using the same version of the Sugar and same build as that of yours and we see those webservices in our instance.

    Service Calls Used by iSugarCRM:-
    1.login
    2.get_user_id
    3.get_entries_count
    4.sync_get_relationships *
    5.get_entry_list
    6.sync_get_entries *
    7.get_gmt_time
    8.set_entries
    9.set_relationships

The services 4 and 6 (with asteriks) are not enabled

I can't find this is the admin pages so i figure it's in a cfg file somewhere. Can someone point me in the right direction please>

I'm not 100% sure but I believe those are either Pro or Ent only functions.

    Hi,

I am one of the 2 developer who are working on the iPhone application.
We are using the evaluation version of sugarCRM.
    The soap url is:-
    http://eval.sugarondemand.com/iphoneclie/soap.php

The above 2 services are listed here. But i could not find those 2 services in ppcs'' soap.php file.
    ppcs' soap url is:-
    https://sugar.ppcsconsulting.com/sugarcrm5/soap.php

Can you please tell me how to get the latest soap.php file with all the sync web services.

    Regards
    vivek

We have been trying to get iSugarCRM V1.0 working for 2 weeks now - because we believe it will be a killer App.

No joy anywhere - we have been seeing the no data returning problem, which we are now all familiar with.

I can add these observations now for Vivekb:

Vivekb says the app requires 4 & 6 below in the soap web services list.

    4.sync_get_relationships *
    6.sync_get_entries *

These are both missing on community versions that we download and run in-house.

They are not present in Version 5.1.0 (Build 4732)
and not in Version 5.2.0a (Build 5447) downloaded today, 5th feb 2009, in order to get the iSugarCRM iphone app working.

I can only hope one of two things happen.

1). Sugar ( community ) can be patched to add this functionality
2). Vivekb and team can code around these missing calls.

    Good Luck
