    Default End-users view limitation?

    Hi all,
I have a problem with my SugarCRM.
The end users cannot view leads that had been edited or were created by the administrator users? They can only view leads that were not created or had not been edited by the administrator users.
The end-user role management List and View columns had been set to ALL, but the result still the same.
    Thanks.

If you login as administrator and take a look at the Assigned To: field on one of the leads that other users cannot view, what does the field show for its value?

The previous administrator actually grouped the leads by the user (assigned to), so some users are not really end-users, they are just there to represent the lead categories. (Just for the sake of easy searching) For example: assigned to: LeadA, LeadB,..etc

What happens if you change it so it is assigned to one of users experiencing the problem? Are all users then able to see it?

    Are you using Teams?

Sorry I forgot to mention something...

The leads that were created or modified by the admi users, cannot be viewed by the end-users but the same lead categories (same assigned to) that were created or modified by end-users, can be viewed by the end-users.

For example: The administrator created some leads with assigned to LeadA and the end-users also created another leads with also assigned to LeadA. The admin can view all the assigned to LeadA, but the end-users can only view the assigned to LeadA that they created (not from admin).

I see there are Team Management lists that the previous admin set, but I have set the default team to none for all the end-users including the administrator.

I am not sure how you set it to none without deleting all the teams in the first place. Not sure why one would do that.

In any case, what happens if you change the Team value to Global on those records that users cannot see?

    Global also doesn't work.

I also think it must be related to the team management issue too.....
