    Default Erro: Warning: Smarty::include(cache/smarty/templates

    I just installed SugarCRM version 4.5.1d with IIS6, PHP523, and SQL2005ExpressSP2 on a Windows 2003 server. When I log in after the install I receive the error messages below. I tried this install on multiple machines and receive the error every time. It seems the install is not creating all the template files in the template_c directory. I have PHP installed in C:\php5 which is part of the include setting in the php.ini file. I also see similar erros throught the site and they all relate to files in the 'cache/smarty/templates_c directory.

    On a Windows XP workstion I installed the packaged msi that has SugarCRM, Apache, and MySQL and it woks fine. I tried comparing a few files and it looks like items are missing.

    Thanks in adavance for your help!!
