ERROR in 4.01

Bonjour,

HELP

I have upgaded the 4.0.0 to the 4.01 and
When I trie to cra=eate an apportunity Apache crash with the following errors:

The error is the same but with a server on WIN2K PRO SP4 with PHP 4.3.9 (+eaccelerator) and Apache 1.3.27.
Apache works better uograding PHP to the 4.4.2 version without eaccelerator! but errors. remain in the PHP log.

On our Linux system I had to recompile eAccelerator after installing PHP 4.4.2 as I was getting an error message that the version in use was compiled for a previous version of PHP. I also had to update PEAR and some PEAR modules.
