New fastStack installation on a Win 2008 SRV with IIS an MSSQL. When I start sugar I have this error: "Error HTTP 500.19 - Internal Server Error". Cause of the error is: "Configuration Error: impossible to read 'rewrite' section as a declaration section is absent".
