Error after installing CETeams

I have the following error and I have submitted it to CETeams forum but haven't heard anything in over a day and really need to get this resolved......if any one could point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.

It appears that this problem occurs after installing jjwdesign Googlemaps....it works when I uninstall Googlemaps
