Forum Disappointment - no responses or suggestions
I posted this a week ago, and for that week our system has been down. It appears the forum cannot really support users. Since this is a critical error that has hosed our system, it appears we need to reevaluate our options.
Why does it seem like no one reads the important posts for requesing help?
