    Default Error in attachements in KB

    Hello,

    I have a problem with attachements in my knowledge base. I am able to upload documents in it and they appear in the cache/upload folder. However when I want to open these files it gives this error:

    Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it.

    When I do exactly the same on a fresh installation of Sugar 5.1.0 Pro I get the same error. It seems this is a bug.

    Does anyone no what to do with this error. I have admin rights and am not assigned in a role.

    These are my specs:

    OS: Windows 2003 Server R2
    Sugar: Version 5.1.0a Pro
    Webserver: apache 2.0.59
    PHP: Version 5.2.5
    Mysql: version 5.0.45

    I have the same pb with KB attachement ...
    Someone has a solution ?

    OS: Windows 2003 Server R2
    Sugar: Version 5.1.0a (Build 4837)
    Webserver: apache 2.2.8
    PHP Version : 5.2.6
    MySQL version : 5.1.24-rc
