error compiling report -- JasperReports

HI,

I am running Sugar 5.1.0 CE on W2k3 with IIS7 and PHP 5.2

I reciently installed the Java SDK 1.4.2 and Zuker Reports 1.10.
I also installed iReport 3.5.1 on my workstation.

I've followed a document here (I did take the jasperreport-3.5.1.jar file and copy it into the appropriate directory on the server as per the documentation). and everything appears to be go well until I click on "Save" (see the screenshot).

I created a report via IReport and my infomation is returned perfectly. So I'm doing the JaperReport template upload and this is the mesasge I receive after I click on "Save".

Suggestions would be great!

Well I've made it further now since the last post.

1. I moved the Java SDK 1.4 install to the root to eliminate spaces in directory names. (no more message line
in red
2. I allowed access to the cmd.exe file so no more "Fork" message.

Walking through the procedure to upload a template created in iReport 3.5.1 the process seems to hang, I've attached the screenshot.
I selected "pdf" and "Html" for my options, and I have no idea what the "Team" dropdown required field is for. It was set to 'none' so I changed it to "Team admin" (whatever this is -- there's also a "Team chris") but again the system doesn't seem hang when I click save.

Well, I'm closer, hopefully someone has seen this error.

Once copied the sql server driver (sqljdb4.jar) to the \japser directory and changed the port in reportstemplate.php and also modified the same php file specifying sql instead of mysql drivers I now get the following message:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C\Windows\Temp\php42e.tmp (Access is denied)

NOTE: the php42e.tmp changes each time I try to upload a jasperreport template

You can see this disbursed in the attached screenshot. The "Temp" directory has mod rights for iusr
I think if this is resolved I'll be able to finally load my jaspertemplates to Zucker

Thought I'd give an update,

The good news is that I am now able to upload my reports created in iReport 3.0.0 to ZuckerReports 1.10

Bad news is, I now need to figure out what file(s) need to be modified since Sugar 5.1 is running off SQL 2005. Of course iReport3.0.0 has no problem running the report, but I have a feeling that the "upload process of bringing in a JasperReport Template into Zucker is independant of the sql connection being made.

I've read one document in the forum about modifying the driver for sql in the reporttemplate.php file. Either there's another file that needs the same thing or my syntax is wrong in the php file. I'm also curious if this same file needs to tell where the driver is located and what the name of the driver is...my driver is: sqljdbc.jre

As before, if someone conquered this issue please share....I'm still going to pound away at this.

Great News!

After hammering away at this for two weeks, I managed to get:
1. ZuckerReports installed (was never an issue)
2. install iReport 3.0.0 on a workstation and laptop so I could create reports
3. Successfully upload reports (JasperReport Templates) to Zucker reports on a:
Windows 2003 Server, IIS 7, MSSQL 2005, PHP5.2, Java SDK 1.5
4. Successfully ran my reports.
The only hicup is when HTML reports are displayed ont he screen, there are 'x's everywhere. PDF, XLS are working great!
