Error: A Conflict Exists For

Hi i am new user of sugarcrm .......when ever i edit a record i got this line "A Conflict Exists For ".........can any one tell me why this happend??????????or any suggetion.........

Can you tell us more information about your system?
Sugar, php, apache, mysql versions?
Did you install any patch or package through module Loader?
Did you modify some core script?
