Error creating email template

Hellow, I'm creating an email template and I get this error (in logfile):

Can somebody help me??

What is the version of your SugarCRM instance?
Did you intall any package or customize code by hand?

Can you provided zipped custom/modules/EmailTemplates/ and modules/EmailTemplates/ ?
