Error with cron.php - Scheduler

My Scheduler is not working. It`s everything set correctly in /etc/crontab and cron is running.
When I go to the Admin->Scheduler tab, no job have been executed. The Last Successful Run status of all the jobs are never, as shown in the picture.

When manually execute the cron.php, the result is:

root@ubuntu:/var/www/sugar$ php -a -f cron.php
Interactive mode enabled


Fatal error: Class 'SugarBean' not found in /var/www/sugar/include/utils/mvc_utils.php on line 310

What is the problem?
