Error during Mail Merge

Using Word 2003, Word Plugin 45016 and SugarCRM 4.5.1f (build 1094)
On Win2000 Server IIS 5.0 Office 2003

The install of the plugin goes without error, I can do a Mail Merge from within Word without a problem. Its when I try to do on from inside Sugar that i get the error. Very simple setup, i create the template in word and upload it to sugar without a problem as pewr the tutorial in the wiki. When I click the Begin Merge button I click OK to run the unsafe ActiveX control then i get the following error msg:

When I click OK I get sent to the Mail Merge Complete page.

Any Ideas?

It sounds like Word may be missing some registry entries.

Try uninstalling and re-installing Office/Word and try it again.
