Error editing dashlets

This only happens on two users computers, both running WinXP and using IE 7. When trying to edit a dashlet, they get this error:

There was an error handling this request.

Someone have a solution for this? I cannot edit any dashlets of my home page. I tried on another PC and there it was working. I have XP installed. Do not any idea what to do...
