Hi there,

at the end of the installation dialogue i get the below error when the installer wants to contact the registration site:

Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /var/www/www.luberonsolaire.fr/db/install/register.php on line 60

Warning: file_get_contents(http://www.sugarcrm.com/product-regi...3e85b60cfe18a2) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /var/www/www.luberonsolaire.fr/db/install/register.php on line 60

also when i'm trying tu run the upgrade wizard and try to "Install from Sugar" there is always an error window saying ""The server is currently unavailable (1)

i suppose the two are linked but what can i do?
