error and errorrecords permissions on import

Hello there,

When I import datas into my CRM, I have some informations which are wrong. This informations are stored in a file called errorrecords on the cache/import folder. I cannot download this files from my CRM (the permissions are wrong for an online reading) and I'm forced to use Filezilla.

My question is next : Is there some configuration I missed when I installed my CRM. Said configuration allowing download of errorrecords from a browser ?

There is no configuration needed, you just have to set the permissions/users on your server correctly.

There are lots of FAQs on the Internet to tell you how to do this, I would tell you but you didnt say if you were using a Windows or a Linux server.
