Error in Forum module

In Forum module I get the following error

File SUGARCRM.LOG is empty

Line 86 is:

Do you have your logging level set to debug? I am not sure why this line is trying to do what it is trying to do, but an easy way to avoid it until it is fixed is to either comment it out (as it's just a log entry) or set your log level back to fatal, unless you are trying to find another issue using the log files debug mode.
