Error on fresh install: unrecognized tag

I just installed a clean build of Sugar 4.5.

I am getting the following errors when I navigate through each tab. This happen under every tab.

Under Home
Fatal error: Smarty error: [in include/Dashlets/DashletGenericDisplay.tpl line 68]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'sugar_translate' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 580) in /var/www/html/sugar/include/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

Under Activites
Fatal error: Smarty error: [in include/ListView/ListViewGeneric.tpl line 83]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'counter' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 580) in /var/www/html/sugar/include/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

Under Contacts

I guess nevermind. A reinstall cleared up the issue.
