Error at Install SugarCRM 4.2.1a Full

My Config:
OS: Windows XP Prof.
MySQL server: 5.0.15 standard
SugarSuite v4.2.1.a
Apache Webserver

The MySQL server is on the localhost itself. I am getting the following error:
