I have a problem viewing developers tools such as studio, module builder etc.

when i click from my admin account in one of the modules it takes me to a new window where i have three colums, the first one has modules which shows lists with (+) sign and the next colum is main which is blank no matter which tab i click (Home, studio, Module Builder etc) the third is help. On the top of page it keeps showing loading page, please wait... it doesnt work!. also i notice the following error on my IE status bar:
