Error on loading several pages

When loading some pages I get this error message:

it basically points to this line:

num_grp_sep = '''; <--- here is the line. it looks like there is an ' to much insead of a . like in the line below

....

i am running version 5.2.0k

also, when i try to run an email campaign, i can't get past the "Budget" by clicking on the "Next" tab. Nothing happens.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
